Deonne Hansen has been trained and certified by ACSM in health and fitness. Understanding everything from the specific interaction of muscle groups to basic treatment in common sports injuries means she has the understanding to deliver fitness value to meet the unique requirements of each student.
Some students prefer to team up for a small, dedicated class. Others like to work alone, one-on-one with Deonne, and sometimes a combination of both works well.
Many of her students have experience of her training skills through RSU (Ring Sports United), and wish to avail of her services directly.
Training is also available in-home or at the park.
