Some students prefer to team up for a small, dedicated class. Others like to work alone, one-on-one with Deonne, and sometimes a combination of both works well.
Training is available in-home or at the park.

Most preparation for boxing doesn't even involve gloves. Stretching, weight-bearing exercises, running, heavy-bag and medicine ball work all contribute to the boxer's well-rounded fitness level.
