Most of our clients live in Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond or Issaquah. Still, if you live in Seattle, but work perhaps on the eastside (in Microsoft, Boeing or other company), you can take advantage of our early morning or late afternoon classes, and dove-tail your cardio workout with your work timetable.
