Fitness, education and fun!

"I've been going to Deonne's morning fitness classes for a long time. She keeps enough variation in the boxing and fitness classes so that I can keep going regularly, without getting burned out (which has happened to be in other fitness programs). Deonne also sprinkles her classes with health education tips, so I've learned a lot about how certain exercises are effective and how to maximize their results. If you want a fun way to get the incredible fitness that comes with boxing, even if you don't ever plan to spar in the ring, Deonne will help you get there.

"Deonne has worked personal training wonders for my teenage son. She's knowledgeable, motivating and extraordinarily skilled as a trainer. My son is autistic and can be quite a handful, but she's managed to greatly improve his fitness level and get him excited about shaping up."
